**Project Supervisor Opportunity**

This is an exciting chance for a skilled Project Supervisor to take on a permanent role in the Ballarat region. Our client is a respected commercial builder with a growing portfolio of projects.

As a result of their continued growth, they require a Project Supervisor to oversee the delivery of multiple education and commercial projects in the $1-10m range.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery and maintenance throughout its life cycle.
  • Working alongside and managing construction labourers and on-site administrators.
  • Maintaining OH&S protocols and procedures, enabling a safe and productive working environment for all parties present on-site.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including members of the general public and responding to complaints if they arise.
  • Implementation of and maintaining quality assurance systems to alleviate project risks and delays.
  • Supervision of all on-site activities including appropriate, safe and productive use of company resources.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • At least 1-2 years' tenure with a Tier 2/3 commercial builder in Victoria.
  • Demonstrated successful delivery of institutional projects valued above $5m (within budgetary and program requirements).
  • Knowledge of relevant software such as MS Project, HammerTech, Procore (or similar, etc.).
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
