Contract Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team and support the administration of multiple civil and earthworks projects.

  • This role is responsible for managing contract administration across multiple projects, ensuring contracts are administered effectively and variations are managed efficiently.
  • The successful candidate will prepare, review, and process variations and progress claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers is essential to ensure smooth project delivery and maintain strong relationships.
  • Supporting Project Managers in cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintaining compliance with contract terms and project documentation, identifying and mitigating potential risks is crucial.
  • The ideal candidate will contribute to project success by proactively resolving issues and driving outcomes that benefit the business.
About You
  • You have proven experience as a Contract Administrator in civil construction and earthworks, with a strong understanding of contracts, variations, and project financials.
  • You possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
  • You are proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
