The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record in a similar role.
  • Engineering Mechanical Trade (Maintenance Fitting and Turning) Cert III Tertiary qualification in Management.
  • Fabrication or welding experience.
  • A demonstrated ability to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • An in-depth understanding of food production processes and equipment.
