Job Description:

The role of Aviation Maintenance Support Professional involves providing key assistance to aircraft and component maintenance personnel in ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

  • Assist maintenance personnel with tasks, ensuring adherence to Aircraft Maintenance Organisation Exposition Policies and Procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of the Company Safety and Security Policies & Procedures, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Promote high standards of quality, safety, and security compliance, as outlined in the Safety Manual.
  • Support safety and security reporting processes within the eSMS framework, encouraging staff participation.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S and environmental regulations, fostering a safe work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual with a background in aviation maintenance who is eager to contribute to a dynamic team. Ideal candidates should possess:

  • A strong understanding of the aviation maintenance environment.
  • A high school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Industry work experience, although not mandatory.
  • An initiative-driven approach with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities.
