Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aircraft maintenance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a dynamic aviation environment. This role involves ensuring maintenance activities are executed to the highest standard, while fostering positive relationships with customers and prioritizing safety above all else.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure maintenance performed on assigned aircraft meets the highest standards of quality and compliance, adhering to company policies and procedures as well as National Aviation Authority (NAA) Regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
  • Effectively manage tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Collaborate with the Quality & Safety Team to drive continuous improvement in aviation quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Assign and supervise tasks for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) allocated to the job, monitoring progress and paperwork.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in aircraft maintenance and modifications is required.
  • CASA B2 license must be held current.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a busy environment with strict deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CASA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good computer literacy and experience working with aircraft maintenance programs.
Desirable Criteria
  • Highly desirable Type Ratings include Bell 212/412 and AW139.
  • Experience in installations and modifications is highly desirable.
  • Competency in computer-aided design programs will be viewed favorably.
