Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced aviation professional to join our team as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Avionics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible standard of maintenance on assigned aircraft, while building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as National Aviation Authority (NAA) Regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
  • Collaborate with the Quality & Safety Team to ensure aviation quality, safety, and compliance, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Assign and supervise tasks for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) allocated to the job and monitor their progress and paperwork.
  • Maintain a safe execution of maintenance activities, maximizing aircraft availability and ensuring a safe workspace for all employees and visitors to maintenance and engineering facilities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in aircraft maintenance and modifications.
  • Current CASA B2 license.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with workshop managers and other staff in a busy environment with strict deadlines.
  • Understanding of CASA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good computer literacy and experience working with aircraft maintenance programs.
