Workplace Experience Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our workplace services and deliver exceptional experiences across national offices.

This role is ideal for someone with a curious mind, transferrable skills, and a passion for creating welcoming high-performing environments. You will be responsible for leading a team, coordinating operations, and managing services to ensure a safe efficient environment for employees visitors.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership of high-performing teams, experience in delivering workplace customer experiences in corporate settings, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. They will also have a sound understanding of workplace safety emergency protocols compliance requirements.

In this role you will contribute to lasting positive changes that shape the future of cities communities. It's meaningful challenging exciting work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead coach develop the Guest Liaison team
  • Coordinate front-of-house operations meeting services team supervision
  • Manage daily operations to ensure a welcoming safe efficient environment
  • Oversee workplace services including lockers mail couriers catering office supplies amenities
  • Maintain workplace safety security
  • Manage contractor supplier agreements
  • Act as deputy to the National Workplace Services Manager
  • Travel interstate as required

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership of high-performing teams
  • Proven experience in delivering workplace customer experiences
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Sound understanding of workplace safety compliance requirements
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite digital workplace tools
  • Willingness ability to travel interstate
