Claims Advisor Role

\

The primary objective of this Claims Advisor position is to efficiently manage and resolve a diverse portfolio of claims from inception to resolution.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating liability, analyzing medical and rehabilitation data, assessing claim values, and negotiating settlements in accordance with legislative guidelines.

\

This role presents an excellent opportunity for recent law graduates or those due to complete their studies to gain valuable experience and professional growth in a dynamic and varied work environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:\
  • Management and negotiation of claims, including communication with solicitors or direct claimants through various channels.\
  • Obtaining and reviewing medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports to ensure accurate assessment of individual claims.\
  • Auditing and implementing cost-effective strategies to resolve claims efficiently.\
  • Ensuring early access to appropriate rehabilitation measures to facilitate optimal recovery for injured claimants.\
  • Negotiating claims settlements with solicitors in line with legislative, regulatory, and procedural requirements.\
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, including timely responses and efficient processing.\
