Role Overview

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $100K-$110K per annum, plus superannuation. As a Security Team Leader, you will oversee and manage security operations at our corporate site in Sydney, ensuring the safety and security of clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of security officers to ensure high standards of performance and professionalism.
  • Oversee daily security operations, including patrols, access control, and response to incidents.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO ADDRESS THEIR SECURITY NEEDS AND CONCERNS.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Respond to and manage security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate.
  • Current NSW Security licence.
  • Proven experience in a security leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of security systems and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make quick decisions and manage high-pressure situations.
  • High standards of presentation and grooming.
  • High level computer literacy skills.
