We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Property Portfolio Manager to join our team at the Adelaide Central Market Authority (ACMA). The successful candidate will play a critical role in the management of our commercial and property functions, supporting the delivery of a fully leased and compliant property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate and execute agreements for commercial properties, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
- Manage financial and administrative aspects of leases and licences, including budgeting and forecasting;
- Oversee the delivery of fit-outs and tenancy alterations, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes;
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize property performance and drive business growth;
- Work closely with the Development & Property Board Committee, ACMA General Manager, and Operations Manager to achieve shared goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial property leasing and management, preferably in a similar role or industry;
- Proven expertise in lease negotiation, contract administration, and dispute resolution;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
- Highly developed project management skills, with ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
