Job Role: Fleet Operations Manager

Job Description:

This position is accountable for providing cost-effective maintenance services to clients, ensuring exceptional product support and service delivery.

  1. Drive a customer-centric culture, fostering accountability, engagement, and ownership of the customer experience. This involves working collaboratively within a proactive environment, with dependable team members owning their KPIs and striving for high customer satisfaction ratings.
  2. Manage and control servicing and repair costs for all fleet vehicles, minimizing downtime (VOR).
  3. Pursue opportunities to maximize vehicle warranties, including post-warranty support for manufacturers' "product problem" and premature mechanical repairs.
  4. Advise clients on maintenance-related issues, covering contract entitlements and inclusions such as tyre allowances, roadside assistance, and accident management.

A tertiary qualification in Automotive or equivalent is required. Extensive experience in the motor industry and expertise in customer service roles and supplier negotiations are highly desirable.
