Vehicle Maintenance Specialist

About The Role

This position requires an individual to provide cost-effective maintenance support for clients, ensuring exceptional product service and satisfaction.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a customer-centric culture, fostering accountability, engagement, and customer experience ownership within a proactive environment.
  • They will manage and control servicing costs for fleet vehicles, minimizing downtime and maximizing vehicle warranties.
  • A key aspect of this role is advising clients on maintenance-related issues, including contract entitlements and inclusions such as tyre allowance, roadside assistance, and accident management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to maintenance calls and emails, accessing required work with authorized repairers, and provide appropriate authorizations in line with vehicle contracts and delegated approval levels.
  • The successful candidate will ensure all external and internal customer and supplier queries are answered accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Automotive or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in the motor industry, preferably in a customer service or negotiating role.
  • Strong technical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this position.
