We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team at Novabridge. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless and successful delivery of services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management
- Ensure quality of delivery and positive client experience.
- Contract and Budget Management.
- Invoicing, accounts receivable.
- Securing additional work with current customers.
- Anticipating customer demand.
- Project Delivery Management
- Scrum Master.
- Schedule, budget, quality, resourcing and risk management.
- Calendar – managing leave as it relates to delivery (both project and sustainment, coordinating with client and other delivery partners).
- Capability Development
- Design, maintain and train/mentor other Novabridge staff on the delivery management capability (including account, contract and project management methods, tooling, templates etc).
- Additional Responsibilities
- Assistance with tender writing.
- Attending professional, social and corporate events representing Novabridge.
- Obtain and maintain agreed qualifications and certifications – to be agreed with Talent management.
- Contribution to positive company culture, including assistance and active participation in company social events.
- Contribute to relationship with Service Now, such as attending partner events.
- Coordination and communication with Service Now account executives and engineers to work collaboratively toward client success.
- Mentoring other staff, especially account, delivery and project management and scrum master.
- On occasion and reasonably required, contribute to non-delivery management work such as BA and sales.
- Successful candidates must either hold an active Federal security clearance of Negative Vetting 1 (NV1), or higher, or be willing to undergo the security clearance process.
- Only Australian citizens will be considered.
