What You'll Do
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve business outcomes.
  • Oversee a portfolio of customers, ensuring they're technically healthy and on the most recent version of our product.
  • Work with customers to create new use cases and success stories, showcasing the value of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption and usage of our products.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 7 years of related work experience, or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and growth.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
