Senior Customer Success Manager

What You'll Do- Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve business outcomes.
- Oversee a portfolio of customers, ensuring they're technically healthy and on the most recent version of our product.
- Work with customers to create new use cases and success stories, showcasing the value of our solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption and usage of our products.
- Minimum 7 years of related work experience, or equivalent.
- Proven track record of driving customer success and growth.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
