About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Institutional Capital - ANZ to join our New Business team at Dexus Units FP Stapled. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing institutional investor relationships, capital raising, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, understanding their strategic goals and investment objectives.
  • Develop and lead the domestic institutional investor engagement strategy, serving as the key point of contact into the Dexus platform.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, including new product and strategy initiatives.
  • Pitch to existing and potential investors on existing product suites or new ideas/opportunities to collaborate.
  • Raise awareness of the Dexus platform and products domestically.
  • Lead institutional capital raising in Australia and New Zealand for new joint venture opportunities and new product initiatives.
About You
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in funds management, strategy/banking/corporate development, or distribution.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with the real-estate and/or infrastructure funds management sector, with the ability to discuss key economic and market trends.
  • Existing industry and investor contacts within the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience in institutional investment, including a client-focused approach to investment solutions and recommendations.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects from conception to completion, achieving project goals.
