About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Debt Capital Markets team in Australia. As Head of Debt Capital Markets, you will be responsible for originating and executing bond transactions for our clients, driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage origination and oversight of Global Capital Markets transactions across the entire product suite
  • Establish and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and formulate business strategies
  • Own the direct management of external client relationships as senior originator/deal principal
  • Consult with clients regarding strategic capital markets-based funding and capital solutions
  • Lead pricing discussions with syndicate desks globally
  • Prepare and conduct roadshows and represent Global Capital Markets for ING Australia

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong track record in debt capital markets origination and execution. You will have exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills, as well as proven people management experience. You will also have a solid understanding of the Australian financial institution environment and the ability to run relevant work streams independently.
