Seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Project and Administration Officer in the Pacific region. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-level executive secretarial, administrative, and operational project support to senior executives and teams.

  • Duties include delivering business development support, undertaking high-level research, analysis, and project support for the Pacific team, providing event support for senior executives' activities across the Pacific, assisting in monitoring and updating client management systems, and maintaining and supporting the development of business cases for the Pacific team.

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of organisational and time management skills, ability to provide innovative solutions to complex problems in challenging environments, excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills, and demonstrate a high level of resilience while operating in an environment with competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality confidential administrative and operational support
  • Coordinate requests and deliver business development support
  • Undertake high-level research, analysis, and project support
  • Maintain and support the development of business cases
  • Assist in monitoring and updating client management systems
