Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Delivery Manager to safeguard commercial transportation programs in the Asia-Pacific region. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of security and compliance initiatives, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain plans for efficient security services delivery in customer accounts across the region.
  • Collect and report status information, escalating problem areas for timely remediation.
  • Coordinate with security teams and operations to ensure work stays on schedule.
  • Manage and report on problem resolution, actively communicating progress.
  • Work with security managers to understand protocols for standardized work, assist in developing new protocols as needed.
  • Serve as principal regional liaison, collecting feedback and concerns from internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with service delivery managers and security leaders to coordinate security operations.
  • Keep informed on work status and issues.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Project Management: Support project management services for large, complex systems handling sensitive information.
  • Security Operations: Demonstrate deep knowledge of security operations and/or system development.
  • Technical Change Direction: Capture and describe technical changes necessary to support security compliance, driving change and managing problems.
  • Compliance and Standards: Familiarity with international standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2), describing compliance activities to staff and senior managers.
  • Risk and Security Governance: Experience dealing with security risk management, capturing risks and working with technical staff to remediate them.
  • Stakeholder Management: Represent the security representative to management teams, customers, and partners, attending forums.
  • Reporting Development: Collect detailed reports on infrastructure and system security information for senior managers and customers.
