Community Development Manager

As the Club Development Lead for AFL Australia, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and development across community football clubs in the Northern Territory.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and community engagement. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to educate and influence diverse stakeholders, are essential for this position.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is required, preferably within the sports industry or a related field. A tertiary education in Sports Management, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and access to our Health and Wellbeing program.
