Job Overview

This role provides frontline application support for a large portfolio of applications, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to customers.

About the Role
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their needs, questions, and concerns.
  • Support project application strategies by installing and maintaining software from approved company standards.
  • Facilitate project systems reporting, data integration, and work process review and improvement.
  • Install and maintain software from approved company standards.
  • Develop and follow standard operating procedures for end-user IT requests, incident support, and asset management practices.
  • Participate in the rollout of new technologies, services, and security remediations.
  • Assist in project application planning, deployment, and support processes.
  • Develop dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI and reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Upgrade applications, migrate between applications, and migrate data between applications.
Key Skills and Qualifications
