Insurance Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced insurance specialist to work with us on a range of litigation matters in the areas of public liability and professional indemnity including medical negligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • File management, meeting deadlines, and managing documents;
  • Reviewing evidence and preparing advice on indemnity, liability, and quantum;
  • Communicating with clients in writing and verbally;
  • Identifying issues, briefing experts, and analysing opinion;
  • Preparing court documents, including statements of evidence;
  • Drafting correspondence and communicating with other practitioners;
  • Preparing for, managing online processes, and appearing in Court;
  • Briefing and liaising with counsel; and
  • Staying updated on industry regulations, case law, and emerging trends in professional indemnity and medical negligence law.

Our ideal candidate will have between 1-5 years' experience in professional indemnity and/or medical negligence. You will have a proven track record of successfully handling professional indemnity cases and achieving favourable outcomes for clients.
