Life Insurance Specialist Position

This is an excellent opportunity for a Life Insurance Specialist to join our team and play a key role in providing premium customer service to clients. The successful candidate will act as a consultant, providing general advice about appropriate life insurance products to meet the clients needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales growth and campaign targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on delivering exceptional service and ensuring superior member satisfaction.

• Provide general advice about product offerings and factual comparisons to help clients make informed decisions.

• Maintain data integrity and manage administration tasks efficiently.

• Identify and pursue new client pipeline opportunities to drive business growth.

About You:

• Minimum 12 months of life insurance experience and knowledge of TPD, TI, IP product suites.

• Proven track record in sales-focused roles within the insurance industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

• Strong aptitude to learn and develop new skills, with a willingness to take on new challenges.

• Stakeholder-first mindset, prioritizing the needs of clients and colleagues over sales targets.

• Familiarity with the superannuation industry is desirable.

Requirements:

• RG146 accreditation is required for this position.
