Insurance Support Specialist

The role of an Insurance Support Specialist is to provide administrative support and assist experienced underwriters in all tasks related to policy maintenance, data quality assurance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist underwriters in renewal portfolio management, including pre-renewal notices and pre-underwriting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times and act as the first point of contact for the team.
  • Maintain accurate records across various products, including endorsements, cancellations, and general policy processing.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide credit control assistance when required.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders within the company and industry group.

The ideal candidate will possess recent experience in the insurance sector, be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills. A minimum ANZIIF tier 2 qualification is highly regarded, and higher qualifications are welcome.
