">Job Summary

Cultivate meaningful relationships with prospects to uncover their needs, and develop strategies to convert them into valuable opportunities. As a sales development representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying high-value leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through various outreach strategies, including email or cold calling, and follow up on designated touch points in the customer journey.
  • Move quality leads through the funnel while connecting them to a salesperson and arranging meetings.
  • Develop relationships with prospects to uncover their needs through effective questioning, qualifying interest, and viability to prepare hand-off to sales.
  • Update activity and contact information within the CRM system and support reporting efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to provide feedback and insights that help improve targeting and messaging.
