About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Management Team Leader to join our team at Bras N Things Sydney Central Plaza Store.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours/week across a Tuesday-Saturday roster.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example, driving exceptional customer experiences, and helping to deliver on team budgets and KPIs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them to deliver on team budgets and KPIs
  • Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
  • The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions
  • Understanding of Stock Management processes and can prioritise tasks
  • Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback with your team
