In this capacity, you will:
- Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment.
- Make a positive impact on the lives of those who are recovering from psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
- Support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
- Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability by delivering prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
- Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor clients' progress toward their return-to-work goal.
- Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.

You'll also need to have:
- Professional registration with relevant authorities.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
