About the role

This position offers a unique chance to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

In this capacity, you will:

  • Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment.
  • Make a positive impact on the lives of those who are recovering from psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
  • Support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
  • Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability by delivering prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
  • Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor clients' progress toward their return-to-work goal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.

You'll also need to have:

  • Professional registration with relevant authorities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
