Job Title: Senior Rehabilitation Team Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to play a crucial role in shaping the growth and development of our consultants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mentoring, training, and fostering a culture of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and develop junior consultants to achieve high performance standards
  • Conduct regular strategic reviews and file audits to maintain the highest standards
  • Balance clinical and commercial goals to deliver quality results
  • Foster relationships with colleagues and clients to drive business growth

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
Registered with AHPRA, ESSA ASORC or AASW
Full working rights along with a full Australian Driving License
Experience mentoring and developing junior consultants
Prior work experience in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting
