Community Fundraising Liaison

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Community Fundraising Administrator.
- This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about fundraising and has excellent administrative skills.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Community Fundraising team, ensuring the smooth operation of fundraising events and campaigns. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the logistics of fundraising events, including venue management and equipment setup;
- Maintaining accurate records of donations and supporter communications;
- Providing exceptional customer service to donors and supporters;
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase donor engagement and retention.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in administration and/or customer services roles;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word;
- A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills;
- A strong initiative and problem-solving approach.

- A base salary commencing at $68k + super;
- An additional 10% salary packaging benefit;
