Industry Ready Graduate Program

We are seeking a talented graduate to join our team and embark on a two-year program that enhances your geoscience skills and data awareness.

This program will support your university learning journey, followed by on-the-job applied geoscience training. You will commit to completing the two-year program; if you do not, funds may be returned.

About the Program

The program offers advanced and applied geoscience skills and a deep dive into accessing and utilizing geoscience data. Engage in research and project activities designed to equip you with expertise required for success in the resources sector.

Focus is placed on providing a non-industry-specific, transferable skillset across geoscience and data roles.

Eligibility Criteria
  • You must be a penultimate year student in Honours or Master's degree at Western Australian universities.
  • You must be willing to enter a two-year commitment.
Program Benefits
  • In the first year, you will receive a stipend of $35,000 - $50,000 depending on your degree.
  • In the second year, you will have full-time employment with a starting salary plus 12% superannuation.
  • You will also have flexible working hours, hybrid work options, professional development, mentoring, and 12% superannuation.
Location and Application

The program is based in Perth. Applications are open for up to three geoscience or data science students per year. Applications are accepted from penultimate-year students in Honours or Master's programs.
