About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the delivery of strategic initiatives across the university. This role involves coordinating project activities, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to one or more projects by documenting and updating tasks and assisting with the production and control of project materials and reports
  • Maintain and manage project data
  • Identify and implement administrative improvements to automate processes and proactively report project issues to management
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders, including maintaining service level agreements as determined by the project or program
  • Implement effective and transparent communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed
  • Support scheduling of information sessions or meetings and provides information to a variety of stakeholders
  • Undertake other duties appropriate within the classification level as required
About You
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience handling a wide range of enquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, using initiative and sound judgement
  • Proven ability to prioritise workload effectively during busy periods
  • Well-developed negotiation, conflict resolution, relationship building, and influencing skills
