About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Officer to support the delivery of strategic initiatives across the university.

  • Provide administrative support to one or more projects by documenting and updating tasks, assisting with the production and control of project materials and reports.
  • Maintain and manage project data.
  • Identify and implement administrative improvements to automate processes and proactively report project issues to management.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders, including maintaining service level agreements as determined by the project or program.
  • Implement effective and transparent communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Supports scheduling of information sessions or meetings and provides information to a variety of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality administrative support to project teams.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of project progress.
  • Coordinating project communications and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assisting with the development of project reports and materials.
