Workforce Manager

This is a senior-level position responsible for the effective management of the workforce.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. HR Management - Recruitment, onboarding, performance management, conflict resolution, and terminations as needed.
  2. Compliance and Best Practices - Ensuring adherence to Fair Work awards, managing employment contracts, maintaining WHS compliance, and implementing training modules.
  3. Roster and Timesheet Optimisation - Developing efficient rosters, reducing overtime, labour shortages, and optimising operations.
  4. Tanda HR Software - Managing and improving use of Tanda; building best practices, leveraging all modules, and refining workflows.
  5. Payroll Management - Running payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
  6. Strategic Workforce Planning - Supporting growth plans by building HR foundations for an expanding team.
