About the Role

This position is a critical component of our medical workforce strategy, focusing on ensuring that our healthcare professionals are well-supported and equipped to deliver high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will play a key role in collaborating with executives, clinical directors, and HR teams to develop and implement strategies that promote a positive, efficient, and people-focused work environment.

Key responsibilities include coordinating large-scale recruitment campaigns, providing expert advice on complex workforce and compliance matters, and mentoring a team of professionals to achieve excellence in their roles.
