Work in a greenfield space where you can introduce new ideas and create impactful solutions Be part of a large, diverse department with pathways for lateral and upward movement - your future with us have possibilities Your Role Generate human resource management reports to meet statutory, ad hoc and client driven reporting requests using complex datasets Provide consultative advice to senior leaders and business units in relation to workforce reporting, analysis, and establishment management Review, develop and enhance current human resource datasets, processes, and systems, with a continuous improvement and efficiency focus About You Proficient in Power BI and Share Point Strong background in data analysis, workforce analysis and reporting Great communicator, both in writing and speaking Sharp analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving Applications to remain current for 12 months.
