Cultural Inclusion Lead

This is a leadership role that focuses on the development and implementation of cultural inclusion initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in program administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead cultural inclusion programs for students in years 7-12.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop curriculum materials and deliver professional learning opportunities.
  • Manage compliance reporting and student well-being initiatives.
  • Support refugee students and Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students in collaboration with Learning Diversity Leaders.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in teaching practice, understanding how students learn best, and knowledge of Australian curriculum frameworks.
  • Registered with VIT or eligible for registration.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and child safety.
