As a Wellbeing And Inclusion Specialist, you will play a vital role in fostering a safe and inclusive environment for students to explore, learn, and grow.
Our picturesque campus is set amidst a well-developed site adjacent to Gresswell Forest, featuring playing fields, animal paddocks, productive gardens, and indigenous flora plots.
We encourage collaboration and acceptance among students from diverse backgrounds, creating an atmosphere where every individual feels valued and respected.
Our community lives by our school values - Respect, Responsibility, Resilience, Relationships, and Rigour.
Learning takes place in air-conditioned courtyard buildings equipped with specialist areas including a Library Resource Centre, ECA Centre, Arts and Technology spaces, Science rooms, and digital technologies programs.
Through house teams and wellbeing structures, we provide ongoing support and guidance to students and parents alike, promoting a culture of care and inclusivity.
Students have the opportunity to participate in various activities and events, such as the Student Leadership Council, student-led tours, public speaking, and membership of College Council with voting rights.
The College promotes an environment that encourages students to investigate, understand, and actively design and participate in their learning through various teaching and learning strategies.
We foster a child-safe environment where students can explore, learn, and grow. Our broad pathways focus and vertical structure enable students to choose and engage in their learning at their point of interest and be challenged at their point of need.
Rigour remains a core value with high expectations of students. Progress is routinely reported against the BSC Great Student (21st century skills) matrix and the Victorian Curriculum skills continuum to ensure all students achieve success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Capacity to lead and manage wellbeing initiatives
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives.
