Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive our employment pathways strategies, foster employer partnerships, and ensure program excellence as an Inclusive Employment Pathways Coordinator.
This role offers a collaborative and high-performing work environment where you can drive service excellence and engage with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a long-term vision for inclusive employment programs positioning the organization as a leader in workforce equity and innovation.
- Establish strategic partnerships with employers, industry leaders, educational institutions, government bodies, and community organizations to expand the reach and impact of employment pathways.
To be successful, you will need a degree in Human Resources, Education, Social Work, Business, or a related field, and demonstrated knowledge of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) principles.
You will also require proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
What We Offer:- A monthly rostered day off
- Salary range $122,479.30 to $136,887.38 per annum plus super
- 18 weeks of paid parental leave
