Job Opportunity

Seeking a highly motivated and analytical Demand Planner to lead our forecasting and planning efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in supply chain management, FMCG, or manufacturing environments.

This role involves developing accurate statistical forecasts using demand patterns, trends, and seasonality. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to generate a reliable demand signal that informs upstream supply chain planning.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing accurate forecasts using historical data and market trends.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on assumptions and deliver a robust demand review as part of the S&OP process.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy, reduce waste, and support outstanding customer service.
  • Partnering with product managers to manage product launches and phase-outs effectively.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management or a numerical discipline.
  • Relevant supply chain certifications (e.g., APICS).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supply chain role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
