
Forecasting and Supply Chain Professional

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Demand Manager to spearhead our forecasting and planning initiatives. In this permanent role, you will be responsible for developing the short-term demand plan and rolling 12-month forecast.
- Develop accurate statistical forecasts using historical demand patterns, trends, and seasonality.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to generate a reliable demand signal that informs upstream supply chain planning.
- Lead demand planning consensus meetings and document key assumptions to support the S&OP process.
- Own the delivery of the monthly Demand Review as a critical input to S&OP.
- Partner cross-functionally to support product launches and manage phase-outs effectively.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing solutions that enhance demand planning and decision-making.
- Contribute to system development and implementation initiatives to strengthen forecasting capabilities.
