About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our Category Planning team. This individual will thrive on data, collaboration, and driving results in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for forecasting demand, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers, and contributing to strategic planning and performance reporting.

  • Utilize historical data and market insights to forecast demand for assigned product categories.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure inventory is optimized.
  • Drive business growth by contributing to strategic planning and performance reporting.

Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Demand or Supply Planning, preferably within the Healthcare or FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, and proficiency working in Excel and other forecasting tools.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and a collaborative spirit.
  • A calm and adaptable approach under pressure.
