Job Overview:

This is a Supply Chain Manager position where you will oversee the creation and implementation of sales forecasts for the Infrabuild Reinforcing (IBR) and Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC) businesses.

You will work closely with sales, commercial, and lead teams to develop accurate estimates of future sales, which will directly impact supply and purchase planning and execution decisions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain SIC supply chain and Advanced Planning Operations (APO) Master Data
  • Implement statistical sales forecasting functionality in the SAP APO tool
  • Ensure provision of material, including data and assumptions, for the monthly National Demand Review Meetings
  • Coach and support Regional Sales and Commercial teams in sales forecasting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Science
  • Demonstrated experience leading the Demand Planning function in complex distribution and manufacturing organizations
  • Understanding and ability to define and implement improvement initiatives across planning processes
  • Advanced skills and knowledge using SAP or Advanced Planning Systems and statistical forecasting techniques
