Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Manager
">As a Mechanical Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the supply of fixed plant maintenance personnel for rostered maintenance teams within the Mechanical area. You will also be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction is maintained.
">The role involves business development within the WA, SA & NT region with existing & new lead generation. This includes writing business proposals and negotiating with existing and new customers.
">You will motivate and manage internal operational staff, overseeing the supply of Mechanical trades for various maintenance teams. Additionally, you will develop growth strategies, plans and opportunities in target markets.
">Key responsibilities include managing and retaining relationships, promoting a proactive and safety-focused culture, and identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs. You will also be responsible for attending face-to-face, video conferences and events with clients.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a similar role within Fixed Plant Maintenance/Infrastructure Maintenance or supply services companies. They should also have an understanding of the mining sector, well-established existing relationships, and Mechanical Trade Background.
">Above all, the successful candidate will possess outstanding customer relations and people management skills, as well as enthusiasm to win new business, build on relationships and execute plans.
