Job Description

Coastwide Community Care is a leading community organisation connecting and empowering people of all cultures.

We are seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality management of Disability Support Worker's (DSW's) and exceptional customer service support to NDIS Participants.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and overseeing all engagement tasks for NDIS Participants in the Individualised Support Program.
  • Attending plan review meetings with the Participant, family or representative.
  • Identifying appropriate services and working with participants to achieve their goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Rostering/Scheduling and Care Coordination environment.
  • Previous experience in managing and supporting direct care staff.
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
  • Annual bonus and performance-based bonuses.
