Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill a key role in our team. This individual will be responsible for the delivery of managed services and technical support for Cloud and Datacentre technologies.

The successful candidate will work closely with our customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors to provide exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively maintain and troubleshoot critical internal and customer virtualised compute environments.
  • Assist users with access and security management, including administration and management of user access domains and groups.
  • Identify and remediate vulnerabilities within defined SLAs across multiple platforms and vendors.
  • Monitor, diagnose, and solve performance issues that are or have the potential to be service impacting.
  • Provide strong stakeholder communication and vendor management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
  • Ability to follow processes and guidelines.
