Job Overview

As a Cloud and Datacentre Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of managed services and technical support for Cloud and Datacentre technologies in accordance with the contracted service level agreements for our customers. This is a Tier 2 role that operates between Monday to Friday for a 38 Hour Week, 3 Days a week in Office 2 days a week work from home with a degree of flexibility.
