This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Relationship Executive. You will have the chance to work with a portfolio of diversified business clients, providing meaningful solutions for their complex banking needs.
You will use your insights, experience and expertise, along with a range of innovative products and services, to help move these businesses forward.
The role involves commencing with an existing book of established clients and focusing on new client acquisition as well as identifying further opportunities for both new and existing clients.
Your team includes Commercial & Corporate Relationship Executives, Account Managers & Analysts based in our Parramatta office – all committed to delivering exceptional service and solutions to our clients in order to achieve long lasting relationships and sustainable business growth.
The segment we focus on is businesses that turnover $30m-$150m or commercial lending requirements between $10m-$50m. Delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including transactional banking, commercial lending, working capital finance, asset finance and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide solutions for a portfolio of diversified business clients.
- Commence with an existing book of established clients.
- Focus on new client acquisition and identifying further opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in successfully building and leading a successful Commercial or Emerging Corporate portfolio.
- Highly skilled in driving deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions.
- Able to use network and referral partners to identify and pursue new to bank opportunities.
- Thrives in collaborative environments to deliver a broad range of financial solutions.
- Comfortable in financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding the underlying cash-flow drivers.
- Prides themselves in building relationships through excellent service and driving new business.
