About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Bike Technician to join our team at Zoomo. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our e-bikes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on e-bikes to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
  • Triage and diagnose necessary repairs, working efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure our workshops are operating smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Relevant industry experience, preferably in cycling, food delivery, mobility, or technology.
  • Experience with e-bikes and their electrical components, including lithium-ion batteries.
  • Comfortable working with tools and software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in work quality.
  • A natural team player, willing to help others and contribute to a positive team culture.
