About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Bike Mechanic to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our e-bike fleet, ensuring they're safe, road-worthy, and meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Perform e-bike maintenance and repairs to our high-quality standards.
  • Ensure our workshops are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Relevant industry experience in cycling, food delivery, mobility, or technology.
  • Experience with e-bikes and their electrical components, including lithium-ion batteries.
  • Comfortable working with tools and software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality work.
  • A natural team player with a willingness to help others.
