About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bicycle Technician to join our team at Zoomo. As a key member of our workshop team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our e-bikes are safe and road-worthy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on e-bikes to our high-quality standards.
  • Triage and diagnose necessary repairs while working at a high pace.
  • Ensure our workshops are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to our riders.

Requirements

  • Relevant industry experience in cycling, food delivery, mobility, or technology.
  • Experience with e-bikes and their electrical components, including lithium-ion batteries.
  • Comfortable working with tools and software.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality work.
  • A natural team player with a passion for bikes or cycling.
