Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bicycle Mechanic to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our workshop, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our e-bikes are safe, road-worthy, and meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine bike maintenance, including servicing e-bikes and diagnosing necessary repairs.
  • Ensure our workshops operate efficiently and effectively, maintaining a high level of organization and compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and ensuring our riders leave satisfied.
Requirements
  • Relevant industry experience in cycling, food delivery, mobility, or technology.
  • Experience working with e-bikes and their electrical components, including lithium-ion batteries.
  • Comfortable working with tools and software, with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • A natural team player, willing to collaborate and support colleagues.
